Paper Mask

304

Description:

304 is a natural crepe, pressure sensitive adhesive.

 

 

 

Applications:

For general purpose packaging, holding and splicing.

Also acceptable for general masking applications.

Description:

305 is a semi-crepe paper based masking tape with acrylic adhesive. 

 

 

Applications:

Semi-crepe paper based masking tape for oven baking painting operations up to 80°C in car body repair and other lacquering applications in building (outdoor frames).

Specially designed for 2 months outdoor exposition.

Adhesion level:

Low tack 

306

Description:

306 is a semi-crepe paper based masking tape with natural rubber adhesive.  

 

 

Applications:

Bulk Masking

127

Description:

127 is a pressure sensitive, white, UV stabilized polyolefin film masking.

127 is designed to protect textured exterior and interior finishes during assembly and transportation.  

Applications:

Is suggested for protection of textured exterior and interior parts including exterior mould-in-colour plastics and interior plastic surfaces during shipment to dealer and storage.

Adhesion level:

Very high tack

 PT115

Description:

PT115 is a UV stable white 87.5-micron olefin film with solvent acrylic adhesive.

 

 

Applications:

Is suggested for anti-mutilation protection of painted automotive finishes, body, bumper and tail lamp during shipment to dealer and storage.

Aluminium

877

Description:

877 is an aluminium foil coated on one side with an acrylic adhesive and protected with a siliconized release liner. 

 

 

Applications:

Used to seal seams and joints on metalized facings of insulation materials.  It completes the vapour retardant layer at these locations to assure the integrity of the insulation system.

489

Description:

489 is a 75-micron aluminium foil with pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. It is available self wound or on a liner. Meets federal Specifications for LT-80-B and Military Specification MIL-T-23397 B. 

Applications:

Can be used as a water proofing vapour barrier and air leakage protection. High reflectivity assures effective heat light interference and electrical isolation shielding. Excellent protection for masking operations in electroplating and paint stripping.

75-micron foil protects outdoor cable splices, metal patching and sound dampening applications.

Double Sided Tapes

9406

Description:

9406 has a closed cell structure which is wind and water resistant. Because it is 100% acrylic based,
it will form an almost indestructible bond between the materials.

Applications:

Double sided high performance acrylic-based adhesive tapes, which are especially designed for bonding steel, aluminium, and specific kinds of plastics, like PP, EPP and PP/EPDM in modern vehicle manufacturing. The tapes are capable of absorbing the differing thermal expansions of the two different materials.

Adhesion level:

Very high tack

5603 is a high quality fabric based tape with a good anti-ageing and temperature resistant rubber adhesive.

The carrier of this tape is a strong, conformable weather and waterproof PE coated film which is tearable by hand and comes in silver. 

Applications:

5603 can be used within applications with dirty, dusty or rough and uneven surfaces.

The tape can be used for indoor and outdoor applications such as sealing seams and holes.

5613

Description:

5613 is a high quality fabric based tape with a good anti-ageing and temperature resistant rubber adhesive.

Description:

9266 is a strong tear resistant polyester film combined with a high temperature resistant, proprietary blended, rubber adhesive. 

Applications:

This tape is designed to meet the demanding temperature and pressure conditions of autoclave and composite bonding applications.

It is also usable as a masking tape for powder coating applications.
